our Traditional Afternoon Teas are 2 Hours and are served in courses. Reservations are recommended for our two hour tea times.

All tea
comes from the Camellia Sinensis plant. From that plant come three kinds of tea - Black Teas which are made from leaves that have been allowed to ferment; Green Teas which are steamed instead of fermented; and in-between Oolong Teas which are only partially fermented. Any of these three basic varieties can be blended, scented, or flavored with fruit, flowers or herbs. Herbal Teas are not really tea at all because they contain no tea leaves.
